We have properties in a few select towns, some of them off the beaten track and not yet discovered by non Italians. Properties on offer are varied and the towns are all steeped in history, folklore and culture. These towns have been chosen for their representation of typical Italian life, some of the best scenery in Puglia, Molise and Abruzzo with value for money properties. Our locations cater for all personal tastes, whether it is the need for the peace and tranquility of the mountain towns some of which are located in the shadow of the fabulous Majella mountains where you can find some popular ski resorts, or the picturesque villages perched on hill tops overlooking the Adriatic complemented by the rugged coastline with its secluded coves and stretches of sandy beaches.

Unlike Tuscany and Umbria, the above regions are less known to non Italians hence property prices are still low and have not been inflated due to a sudden high demand from foreign buyers. This scenario has recently been played out in southern Puglia around the towns of Ostuni, Martina Franca, Cisternino and Lecce, where due to high publicity in the UK there has been an influx of investors causing the average property value to rise by 200% in the space of 4 years.
