Welcome to Just Homes Italy.

Just Homes Italy covers the areas of the southern Apennine Mountains in Apulia, Abruzzo and Molise.  This region of Apulia has recently become very popular with adventurers from all around Europe.

We have properties in a few select towns, some of them off the beaten track and not yet discovered by non Italians.  Properties on offer are varied and the towns are all steeped in history, folklore and culture. These towns have been chosen for their representation of typical Italian life, some of the best scenery in Puglia, Molise and Abruzzo with value for money properties.  Our locations cater for all personal tastes whether it is the need for the peace and tranquillity of the mountain towns, or the picturesque villages perched on hill tops overlooking the Adriatic, complemented by the rugged coastline with its secluded coves and stretches of sandy beaches.

The Gargano National Park covers a vast area of approximately 121,000 hectares which covers the whole ‘spur’ and the nearby Tremiti Islands.  The Gargano is one of the largest protected areas in Italy and certainly one of the most interesting in Europe with regards to its rare indigenous flora and fauna, architectural beauty, enduring traditions and the general spiritual atmosphere.

Our carefully chosen locations in the southern Apennines are nestled between panoramic plains to the east and mountainous terrain to the west.  The plains are largely given over to the produce of wheat, sunflower and corn, and known as the wheat bowl of Italy, beyond the plains are the hills of the Gargano.
